30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Please include all parts, accessories, and the original packaging, if available.

Holiday Returns

Ordering gifts this holiday season? Orders placed October 1 through December 31, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027. All other return terms stay the same.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cleanmy.tech with your order number and a brief description of what you'd like to return. We'll help you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can make sure it reaches the right place and your refund is processed smoothly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered? We're sorry about that! Email support@cleanmy.tech as soon as you notice the issue so we can help with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

If possible, include a photo or short video to help us understand the problem and resolve it faster.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Contact us, and we'll help you arrange a return. For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the item you want while we process your return.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you with an update. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If you still haven't received it after 15 business days from approval, contact support@cleanmy.tech, and we'll help track it down.
