Q: Does Clean My Tech use drop shipping as a method of delivery?
A: No, all of our products are packaged and shipped out from our business in Wendell, North Carolina via USPS.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Packages are typically shipped out same day if order is placed before noon otherwise it's next day. Our packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days inside the US. You should receive a email containing your tracking number but if for some reason you don't please contact us and we'll be happy to provide it.
Q: What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Our store's platform provider Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify just like ours.
From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works hard to keep our shopping cart and e-commerce hosting secure. All transactions are processed through Shopify therefore we do not have access to customers financial information.
